All returns/exchanges are welcome if received back to our HQ within 30 days from the date of delivery in a resellable condition*.

Buyers are more than welcome to change their mind in the first 30 days with no explanation required. The postage is at the digression of the buyer, however we recommend using a tracked & insured service to ensure the order reaches us with no issues. The cost of a return will be covered by Wrapshop Ltd in the case of a manufacturing fault or the incorrect product from the invoice has been supplied in error.

*Returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is deemed to have more use/damage than necessary for determining suitability a fee may be charged to re-stock the item. If the item is damaged beyond repair with clear signs of abuse, the product will be returned to you with no refund.

Printed vinyl orders (such as our carbon printed films) cannot be refunded. All printed vinyl orders and custom made graphics are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
