Our D-I-Y Reflective Brake Caliper Wrap Kits are perfect for anyone who wants to wrap their own brake calipers!

Available in 6 colours, a reflective brake caliper wrap will glow brightly under direct light, just like a road sign in the dark! In normal light / daylight your calipers will have a solid colour as you would expect from a set of calipers, but at night they come alive and reflect any light source, whether it is a camera flash, headlights, or street-lights, your calipers will go ultra-bright!

• REFLECTIVE brake caliper wrapping vinyl in your chosen colour
• 6 SHEETS measuring @ 200mm (20cm) x 300mm (30cm)
• Enough material to wrap 4 large brake calipers!
• 4X Alcohol cleaning wipes

Our reflective caliper wrap kits have been tested up to 200C and can last for many years!

Tools required (not supplied):

• Heat-gun / powerful hairdryer
• Brake or surface cleaner
• Microfibre cloth
• 2000 grit sandpaper (optional)
• Craft or Stanley knife with a new sharp blade.

Safely remove the wheel, clean the brake calipers thoroughly with brake cleaner and dry fully. Sand down any rough areas to a smooth finish (this will help the vinyl stick!). Wipe clean with alcohol wipes or alcohol based cleaner to remove any residual grease. Using a heat gun, manipulate the vinyl around the brake caliper pressing down firmly. Work from inside out to reduce the risk of any air bubbles.
